Workshop on Organic Farming Organized by Karnataka Incubation Foundation and Shubhodaya Farmers Federation
The Karnataka Incubation Foundation (KIF), Dharwad, in collaboration with Shubhodaya Farmers Federation, Bidar, successfully organized a one-day workshop on organic farming. This workshop saw the enthusiastic participation of over 50 organic farmers from nine districts, all eager to enhance their knowledge and skills in organic farming practices.
Highlights of the Workshop
The workshop was held in Dharwad and was led by Mr. Sachin Kabbur, the State Agricultural Coordinator for Keran. Mr. Kabbur is a highly respected figure in the organic farming community, known for his innovative approaches and dedication to sustainable agriculture. His extensive experience and expertise have made him a prominent voice in the promotion of organic farming practices across the state. Certifcates were given to all participants.

The workshop primarily focused on advanced techniques to achieve higher yields in organic farming, covering a range of topics, including Vermicomposting, Cow Dung Manure, Music Therapy in Agriculture, Agnihotra Homa Farming
Mr. Kabbur emphasized the importance of these techniques in improving soil fertility and achieving higher profits through organic farming. He provided detailed information and practical tips to young and interested farmers, showcasing real-life examples of generous farmers who have successfully implemented these practices.
